Mental Stress

This webinar will cover the different types of mental stress claims and their distinctive features. Also, the session will review the legal requirements for establishing Traumatic Mental Stress, Chronic Mental Stress, and presumptive PTSD claims, including the use of the WSIB specific form for the reporting of occupational mental stress disorders. An employer’s return to work obligations and noteworthy cases will also be discussed.
