The Office of the Employer Adviser (OEA) is committed to providing excellent service to the employer community.

If you believe that we have served you well, we would love to hear about it!

We welcome comments about how our services can be improved to better serve Ontario employers, but please be aware that the OEA does not have the ability or mandate to change Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) or Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) decisions.

We also want to know if you have any complaints, so we can try to rectify your situation in a timely manner. Please note that it is important for you to raise any concerns as soon as possible because the sooner a concern is raised, the more options for redress may be available. Even if a complaint cannot be resolved to an individual’s satisfaction, we commit to continually striving to improve our services.
