Bill 30, the Working for Workers Seven Act, 2025, received Royal Assent on November 27,
2025 and is now in force. It amends seven statutes, including the Workplace Safety and
Insurance Act, 1997 (WSIA) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
